In the heart of India, where hope often battles hardship, shines the inspiring story of Dr. Noori Parveen, fondly known as the “₹10 Doctor.” A General Physician by profession and a humanitarian by heart, Dr. Noori has been a beacon of light for the underprivileged since 2016.
Raised with values rooted in compassion and service, Noori always dreamed of healing more than just bodies—she wanted to heal communities. In 2020, after years of dedicated work, she officially registered her dream as Noori’s Hospitals, a charitable trust aimed at providing affordable healthcare to all. Her unique initiative of charging just ₹10 for consultations earned her the title “₹10 Doctor,” a symbol of accessible healthcare for the poor.
But Dr. Noori’s impact reaches far beyond hospital walls.
She runs an orphanage home, offering love, education, and shelter to children who have no one else. Her hands, though constantly busy healing patients, also find time to plant trees, clean streets, and care for animals. Through environmental campaigns and awareness drives, she has nurtured not only lives but also the earth.
From organizing free health camps in remote villages to distributing books and clothes to the needy, Noori’s life is a living example of selflessness. During the harrowing days of the COVID-19 pandemic, while many stayed behind closed doors, she stepped out—fearless and determined. She treated thousands, offered food and essentials to struggling families, and gave a voice to the voiceless.
Her story doesn’t end there. Dr. Noori regularly holds motivational talks for poor children and struggling communities, encouraging them to believe in education, hope, and hard work. To them, she’s not just a doctor—she’s a guide, a sister, a savior.
