1. Donation Refund Policy

Noori Charitable Trust is grateful for your donation and support of our organization. Donations are typically non-refundable, but we understand that there may be exceptional circumstances where a refund is necessary.

2. Eligibility for Refund

Refund requests will be considered in the following cases:

• If a donation was made in error (e.g., incorrect amount entered)
• If there was an unauthorized transaction
• In cases of suspected fraud

3. Refund Process

To request a refund, please contact us within 7 days of the donation date at noorcharitabletrustforyou@gmail.com with the following information:

• Your full name
• Date of donation
• Donation amount
• Transaction ID (from your receipt)
• Reason for refund request

4. Processing Time

Refund requests will be processed within 7-10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the donation.

5. Processing Fees

Please note that transaction fees charged by payment processors (Razorpay) are non-refundable. These fees will be deducted from the refunded amount.
